SHIPPING

How long is the shipping time?

Usually we are able to ship (anywhere in the world) in about Eight or Twelve days. In certain cases it may take six or eight weeks for delivery. Most of the times this aplies to our free product giveaways or products with free shipping because they are shipped directly from manufacturer. We believe this is a fair deal considering it's a free product. 

Can I track my product?

In most cases we do offer product tracking. Contact us at info@pawfey.com and we will keep you updated about the further progress as best as we can. Please keep in mind that the tracking code may be available after 7 days.

How can I track my product?

Contact our Support and provide us with your order number. We will do the rest and get back to you as soon as possible with further information. 

When will my order be shipped

The order is usually processed within 24 hours of payment. It can take from one to three days for product to ship. Please note that the estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. If you order multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and also from different warehouses. Time of the transit is dependent on the holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Usually the orders will arrive within eight or twelve days but in some cases the delivery time can take up to eight weeks for most locations around the world.

Is your shipping worldwide?

Yes, we have multiple warehouses around the world for world wide shipping. Unexpected custom and import taxes may apply and is the responsibility of the buyer.

My order has arrived damaged!

We are sorry for inconvenience and please, contact us at info@pawfey.com then tell us what you've ordered, the order number and we'll do our best to assist you.

Why am I missing my item?

Depending on location of the warhouse and stock, we may need to ship your orders separately. Consequently, the estimated time of arrival will be different and in separate packages. But usually we will provide you with tracking numbers so you'll know!

The product I have ordered never arrived!

We advice you to check your order confirmation email so you can find out your tracking number. If this doesn't fix your problem, please contact us at info@pawfey.com and mention your order number & the product you have ordered and we will be more than happy to help you out.
